The Parkway Atrium Building is a 23 year old four story 184,000 sqft Class B office building located in the suburbs of Washington DC. The building was constructed as a spec building and has been through numerous small changes and a major renovation in 2004. In 2006 a new management of the building began to identify and implement energy conservation methods.
