Several companies were involved in optimizing the leisure building located in the West of Paris close to the Seine. The OTEIS design office is part of the project management alongside the architect Dominique Perrault.

Integration in record time

ITV, LOYTEC Competence Partner in France, successfully implemented a DALI lighting control system across six buildings spanning 45,000 square meters in record time. This ambitious project involved outfitting 75 rooms with 1200 luminaires, all coordinated through 29 DALI channels controlled by 12 LDALI-ME204-U DALI controllers from LOYTEC. The system communicates seamlessly via BACnet IP, ensuring efficient management and operation. Lighting activation is triggered solely by presence detection, with lights automatically turning off five minutes after the last movement is detected.

Commissioning of luminaires and sensors, as well as full system parameterization using DALI groups, was achieved using the intuitive web interface of the L-DALI controllers. LOYTEC’s ‘global connection’ feature facilitated a master/slave setup among multiple controllers, allowing centralized control across all DALI groups. Configuration of this function, along with BACnet data point creation and EDE file generation for BMS integration, was streamlined using the LINX-Configurator software. Additionally, the LDALI-BM1 pushbutton coupler from LOYTEC enables convenient scene control in areas requiring sophisticated lighting adjustments
