Reduce the wiring for the system installation

The services to be managed range from the HVAC system to monitoring the water lifting system, passing through lighting and shading systems, fire detection, intrusion detection, and access control: a comprehensive BMS (Building Management System) developed entirely with LOYTEC gateways and controllers. LOYTEC plays a key role in both control and integration in this project. For the automation of HVAC systems, over 30 LINX-154 automation servers and over 40 LIOB-588 I/O controllers were used. To conveniently manage temperature and ventilation in office areas, over 200 L-STATS have been installed. Specifically for office areas, comfort was a key factor to consider in the development of the lighting and shading control system. For this reason, over 20 DALI lighting controllers LDALI-ME204-U have been installed, connected to 20 shading interfaces LSMI-804 to manage light and shading control. And with over 200 LDALI-MS2 multi-sensors, occupant presence has been constantly monitored to avoid energy waste.

The wide range of products and support for various protocols available in the BMS world justified the choice of LOYTEC. It was possible to implement a flexible, expandable, and user-friendly system that allowed the integration of all required functionalities and addressed the most stringent project requirements, such as minimizing wiring in rooms to better manage the space constraints required for building engineering.
