LOYTEC has been nominated for the Austrian IT state award because of the project “energy efficiency in Japan thanks to LOYTEC”. “This award is a visible sign for Austrian quality on the national and international market and sends a strong signal regarding the importance of intellectual performance in a growing knowledge-driven economic world”, concluded vice chancellor and commerce secretary Reinhold Mitterlehner at the award ceremony.

LOYTEC is the proud winner of the category "golden medium-sized enterprises" of Vienna at the Austria’s Leading Companies Award 2014. Annually, numerous leading players of Austria face the competition, organized by WirtschaftsBlatt (daily newspaper for economics), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and KSV1870. Different performance figures of the past 3 years are crucial for the judges' rating. Managing director Hans-Jörg Schweinzer received the award on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Palais Liechtenstein in Vienna. After second place in the previous year, then still in the category "solid small businesses", we couldn’t just improve our ranking, but also rise from a small business to a medium-sized enterprise, a particular pleasant result for LOYTEC.

The “Goldene Securitas” is an award of the Austrian chamber of commerce and the Austrian Workers' Compensation Board (AUVA) for small and medium-sized enterprises that have been taken exemplary measures in the area of security and health at work and preservation of employability. The award covers three categories: "health and safety at work", "innovation for more security", and "diversity ensures success". We are proud about the Silver Securitas in the category health and safety at work for our successful measures to prevent occupational accidents or illnesses. The Crescendo Award that was presented on the 29th of September 2014 in Vienna is the new enterprise award instituted by the Vienna Chamber of commerce and the ORF (Austrian Television). The companies are awarded in the three categories startup, ascent, and endurance for their entrepreneurship and autonomy. Demanded are entrepreneurs that lead their companies with economic expertise, heart, and mind, thereby also fulfilling their social responsibilities. We are very happy about LOYTEC's nomination in the category endurance.

In recognition of outstanding merits for the Austrian export economy, the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKO) grants the award “Hidden Champion” to companies that significantly drive the Austrian export economy. LOYTEC ranks among the leading Austrian companies and was therefore awarded as “Hidden Champion 3.0”. On June 24, 2014, managing director of LOYTEC Dietmar Loy received the award from Christoph Leitl, president of WKO, in the course of the Austrian Export Day 2014 in Vienna. The recipe for success of Hidden Champions is explained by Georg Jungwirth from the University of Applied Sciences of Economy:” Superior product quality, surpassing expenditures for research and development, a clear focus, well-trained employees with little fluctuation, customer orientation, early internationalization, and eventually, charismatic leaders with clearly defined goals”.

The Pegasus Award is granted to the most successful companies of Upper Austria and is the most recognized business award in this province of Austria. Receiving the Pegasus Award in silver for the second time after 2008 due to exceptional performance is yet another appreciation of the high level of business performance at LOYTEC. The ceremony took place on the 6th of June at the Brucknerhaus in Linz. For the twentieth time in succession selected companies were honoured with the Pegasus trophy.

For the fourth time in succession LOYTEC was awarded "Best Infrastructure Product of the Year" by LonMark International. Against keen international competition LOYTECs LGATE-950 Universal Gateway could come out the winner of this worldwide contest. Nominations were judged based upon the following criteria: uniqueness of solution, addressing industry problem with effective solution, openness of solution and integration into an open ISO/IEC 14908 system. Special consideration was given to energy efficiency, industry best practice solution and sustainable design principles.
“Every year we continue to be impressed with the level of innovation from our members,” said Barry Haaser, executive director, LonMark International. “The dedication to innovation grows significantly and this year’s winners truly demonstrated superior levels of expertise with open control networking technology based on the ISO/IEC 14908 suite of standards.“

LOYTECs Export and Logistics Department was awarded the Health Award of Upper Austria 2012. The award is presented each year by the Economic Chamber of Upper Austria to companies, which promote work place health care to a special extent. This commitment shall be rewarded. Vital criteria for the competition have been workplace design, fitness facilities for employees, staff-oriented management style and a kind of corporate culture promoting motivation of staff members. "The people employed are our capital, but also the soul and the heart of our company. This is why we meet them with appreciation, grant a say in matters of office design and provide an in-house fitnesscenter and a garden pool for well spent breaks during but also after office hours. Fruit and tea for free is a matter of course, too, " stated Josef Wojak, LOYTEC CFO, when gladly accepting the award.

Also in 2013 LOYTEC was able to rank among "Austria's Leading Companies" and conquer a place at the winners' platform of the annual ranking of the local business elite: Second place in the regional contest of Austrias capital city Vienna in the category "small enterprise". For the incredible sixth time LOYTEC is among the winners of this prestigious business contest. With great pleasure CTO Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Dietmar Loy accepted the trophy from Brigitte Jank, president of the Viennese Economic Chamber. The coveted honor to become one of "Austria's Leading Companies" is awarded annually by Wirtschaftsblatt (daily newspaper for economics), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and KSV1870. Crucial for the rating are operating and financial ratios, bonus points can be gained for sustainability.

Also in 2012 LOYTEC electronics was able to rank among "Austria's Leading Companies" and conquer a place at the winners' platform of the annual ranking of the local business elite: Third place in the regional contest of Austrias capital city Vienna, seventh place in the nationwide ranking of the competition, category "small enterprise". For the incredible fifth time LOYTEC is among the winners of this prestigious business contest. With great pleasure system developer Andreas Doederlein accepted the trophy from Brigitte Jank, president of the Viennese Economic Chamber. The coveted honor to become one of "Austria's Leading Companies" is awarded annually by Wirtschaftsblatt (daily newspaper for economics), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and KSV1870. Crucial for the rating are operating and financial ratios, bonus points can be gained for sustainability.

For the third time in succession LOYTEC is awarded “Infrastructure Product of the Year“ at the annual LonMark International “Best of the Year“ awards. As prizewinning device of the year 2011 LOYTEC’s L-DALI CEA-709 DALI Controller convinced the jury of this renowned contest. Product nominations from around the world were encouraged. LonMark International recognizes companies and projects that are leading the industry in innovation and accomplishments through its annual LonMark award program, believing that innovation and inspiration are the cornerstones of continued growth for any industry. Nominations were judged based upon the following criteria: Uniqueness of solution, addressing an industry problem with an effective solution, openness of solution and integration into an open LonMark system. Special consideration was given to energy efficiency, best practice solution for the industry and sustainable design principles.

This year, too, LOYTEC is among the winners of Austria’s business elite and was awarded „Austria’s Leading Company“. For the incredible fourth time the prize trophy was presented to LOYTEC Managing Director Dr. Dietmar Loy – this time by Secretary of the Treasury Dr. Maria Fekter – for the first place in the federal state of Vienna, category „small enterprise“. The nationwide overall ranking of the competition resulted in the excellent third place for LOYTEC. The annual contest of Austria’s most successful companies is held by Wirtschaftsblatt (daily newspaper for economics), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and KSV1870. Crucial for the rating were the operating and financial ratios of the last few years, bonus points could be gained for sustainability.

LOYTEC once again could gain a prominent award with the L-WEB System. At the Viennese contest of the renowned Energy Globe Awards the significant enhancement of energy efficiency through the usage of the L-WEB System in building automation was awarded with the winners’ podium. The Energy Globe is considered to be the most prestigious environmental award worldwide. It is conferred annually in the five categories Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Youth – as regional award in every federal state, nationwide and finally on the international level at the worldwide contest. LOYTEC won the regional contest in Vienna, category Air, and was nominated for the nationwide Austrian contest. Crucial for the choice of the jury was the significant energy savings potential, which is obtained through the deployment of the L-WEB System.

For the third time LOYTEC is among the winners of the annual competition "Austria’s Leading Companies" and gains one of the popular trophies:
First Place in the state of Vienna within the rating of small enterprises. The countrywide ranking results in the excellent Third Place.
The competition to become one of Austria’s Leading Companies is held by Wirtschaftsblatt, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and KSV 1870 every year. Assessed are among other criteria sustainability, operating and financial ratios.

LonMark International announced the winners of the annual LonMark International Awards in Frankfurt at the LONCOM Community Meeting on November 11, 2009.
The LOYTEC L-VIS Touch Panel LVIS-3E115 was awarded "Best Product of the Year 2009".
The 15" Touch Panel LVIS-3E115 (1024x768) visualizes information from LonMark® Systems. The Touch Panel provides a flexible, graphical user interface that supports automation functions such as alarming, scheduling, and trending plus event-driven e-mail notification and mathematical/logical operations.

Innovative - creative - future oriented:
The Newspaper "News" and the City of Vienna selected LOYTEC's .NET application "L-WEB" as "the most innovative application".
The prize will honour the best researchers and important projects in Vienna.

Every year the most successful Austrian companies are distinguished with the "Austria's Leading Companies" award.
LOYTEC electronics GmbH was able to win this award in Vienna and finished as 5th in the overall ranking.

The Pegasus award is granted to the most successful businesses of Upper Austria. This award is the most recognized business award for the province of Upper Austria. Receiving the Pegasus award in silber for exceptional performance is one more contribution to the high standards within LOYTEC.

The award "Trio of the Year 2007" is a distinction for three exceptionally innovative and successful companies. It is awarded by the Austrian chamber of commerce, Bank Austria-Creditanstalt, and the business magazine "trend". LOYTEC was able to win the category "best service enterprise".

LOYTEC was able to win the "Schrittmacher" award for the best business idea. By awarding this price, the newspaper "Rundschau" honors economical pace makers.

We are very happy to have received the "Best Business Award 2007". This award honors the "hidden champions" of the region East Bavaria, Upper Austria, and South Bohemia.

The Mercur is awarded every year by the Federal Economic Chamber of Vienna for the most innovative high-tech product. LOYTEC became a finalist for this award in the category Services with the innovation "safety networks".

Founded and organized by Ernst & Young in over 40 countries worldwide, the Entrepreneur Of The Year Award honores entrepreneurial men and women and the companies they build and grow. This year this prestigouse award was presented for the first time to outstanding Austrian buissness leaders. Within the Mercur 2005 contest LOYTEC won the special price Econovius for small and medium companies for its multi-protocol platform L-Core. This price is awarded by the Federal Economic Chamber of Vienna to the most innovative company. LOYTEC is now nominated as the Viennese candidate for the State Price for Innovation.

LOYTEC was granted the Austrian Export Award 2005 in the category "Information & Consulting". This award is a distinction for companies which develop foreign markets with surpassing commitment and success.

In Austrian's most prestigious award for the entrepreneur of the year 2004, LOYTEC was awarded the 2nd place among more than 1400 participants.

The „Walter Nettig-Preis“ is awarded every year to the most successful start-up companies in Vienna. LOYTEC was able to win the category "best service enterprise".

The Pegasus award is granted to the most successful businesses of Upper Austria. This award is the most recognized business award for the province of Upper Austria. Receiving the Pegasus award for exceptional performance is one more contribution to the high standards within LOYTEC.

Receiving the Mercur 2003 award for our LIP-709 from the Viennese Federal Economic Chamber is a big success for our company. The Mercur awards the most innovative high-tech products of the year.

Austrians most prestigious award for the entrepreneur of the year 2003 was awarded to LOYTEC in the field of export. In the overall rating LOYTEC achieved place 5 among more than 2100 participants.

Our LPA protocol analyzer was awarded third place at the "Best New Product Award" competition at Echelon's LonWorld99.
