The building management system at Parklake is designed to minimize the environmental impact of the center while ensuring the safety and health of employees, tenants, and visitors. A strict monitoring and management system has been implemented to uphold these standards.

Our Competence partner RACE, a renowned building automation solutions provider, installed a comprehensive control and monitoring system using LOYTEC components at the Parklake Shopping Center. This solution enhances energy efficiency and optimizes the management of the center’s technical facilities.

The automation solution at Parklake Shopping Center enhances safety, efficiency, and comfort through a range of advanced features. The smoke extraction system ensures fire safety by efficiently managing smoke, while the integration of fire dampers and detection systems (via Modbus) further enhances fire safety. Efficient heating and cooling management is achieved through the center’s production and distribution of hot and cold water, and precise climate control integration (via Modbus) enhances comfort. The optimal operation of air handling units (AHUs) for air quality and temperature control, alongside the ventilation system, maintains comfort throughout the center. Energy consumption is closely monitored via thermal and electric power measurement, improving efficiency and cost management. The cooling system is efficiently controlled, and lighting is managed flexibly and energy-efficiently (ON/OFF and DALI). Resource usage is tracked and reported for better management and sustainability, facilitated by functional submetering with over 300 counters.

Mechanical transport systems (elevators, mechanical stairs, and automatic doors) are monitored to ensure smooth operation, while critical water systems (sprinklers, hydrants, drinking water, and sewage) are managed for safety and functionality.

Finally, power distribution blocks and generator groups are monitored to ensure a reliable power supply.
