light + building 2010 (Frankfurt am Main, 11.-16. April 2010) LOYTEC presents a new line of L-INX Automation Servers for building automation and control systems combining IEC 61131-3 free programmability, a built-in OPC server, gateway functionality for Modbus and M-bus, custom visualization with AST™ (Alarm, Schedule, Trend), and e-mail notifications. The L-INX Automation Server for LonMark® systems (LINX-120, LINX-121) and BACnet® networks (LINX-220, LINX-221) can utilize the new LOYTEC L-IOB I/O modules. These I/O modules will be automatically detected and configured (Plug'n Play) after attaching to the L-INX Automation Server. Both the new L-INX Automation Server as well as the L-IOB modules contain a 128x64 display with backlight and a turn-and-push dial for local operation and overrides. In addition manual operation via remote access using the Web UI or VNC (Virtual Network Computer) is possible.
